This position offers an exciting opportunity to join CBM Australia’s Fundraising team. The Campaign Manager will lead and implement multi-channel integrated fundraising campaigns to grow and acquire new supporters for CBM Australia including the annual Miracles Campaign and other community fundraising initiatives.

CBM Australia supports partner programs and works with CBM offices at global country and regional levels.

The Campaign Manager reports to the Head of Fundraising and works closely with the Communications and Fundraising team and the Supporter Services Team.

The successful candidate will have:
• A tertiary qualification in a marketing or communications-related discipline;
• Exceptional event and project management skills;
• Experience working with media outlets, particularly in radio;
• Ability to manage integrated campaigns from concept to delivery to meet fundraising targets;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across a range of mediums, with exceptional attention to detail;
• Honed stakeholder management skills at all levels both internal and external;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a ‘can do’ attitude who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
